At Packed Party, we strive to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchases. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. To help you navigate our return process, we've outlined our return policy below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on any unused merchandise within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

How to Initiate a Return 🔁

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Care: Reach out to us at contact@packedparty.com with your order number. Our Packed Party Customer Care team will provide you with instructions on how to return your items.
  2. Receive Your Return Label: Our team will issue you a return label. Please do not send back your order without this label, as our Dallas warehouse will not be able to accept it.
  3. Send Back Your Items: Use the provided label to send the product back to our warehouse.

Return Shipping Costs

Please note that we do not offer free returns. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund minus the return shipping cost.

Items Purchased from Retail Partners

Packed Party is unable to accept returns on items bought from our retail partners. If you purchased your item from one of our retail partners, please contact them directly for the appropriate refund, credit, or exchange.
